The University of Edinburgh has made a call to appoint some Chancellor’s Fellows in a number of areas, including “Digital Technology”. The emphasis is on data sciences, and algorithms is one of the areas of interest. Chancellor’s fellows are prestigious positions at the lecturer level (UK system) with reduced teaching in the first few years. See the website for detailed information.
The St.Petersburg State University opens 7 full-time positions of various level (Assistant to Full Professor) for advanced teaching (to very bright students!) within the new Math and TCS program headed by Stanislav Smirnov. The salary ranges from 121710 to 194736 RUB/month. This year teaching in Russian is required.

The Duke Mathematics and ECE departments seek a post-doctoral teaching
fellow to help with the instruction of classes which combine the theory and implementation of algorithms. Knowledge of Python, data structures, analysis of algorithms, and graph algorithms is highly desirable. Position will be two years with the possibility of renewal.
